Cancellation up to 2 days before date of arrival at 12:00 ,cancellation fees will not be charged unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
If canceled later, the first night of the reservation will be charged.
Failure to arrive without prior notice will incur a charge for the first 2 nights of the reservation.
On holidays, peak periods and special dates, a different cancellation policy will apply:
Cancellation of an order accepted up to 7 days before date of arrival at 12:00 - no cancellation fee.
If canceled later, the first 2 nights of the reservation will be charged.
Failure to arrive without prior notice will incur a charge for the first 3 nights of the reservation.
For stays of up to 5 rooms or more, special events will be charged according to the hotel's conditions and policies.
